Apparel development is interconnected. We work that way.
Support can begin with a concept or enter mid-development when a team needs additional expertise, capacity or problem-solving.
Trend Research & Market Intelligence
Seasonal, competitive and category research translated into useful product direction—not trend reports that sit in a deck. We identify relevant shifts in silhouette, fabric, color, detail, pricing and market positioning to help teams make commercially informed design decisions.
Design
Concept development, line building, original apparel design, CADs, color and material direction. Designs are developed with construction, fit, cost and manufacturability in mind from the beginning.
Technical Development
Factory-ready technical communication including tech packs, construction callouts, POMs, specifications, BOMs, stitch and seam direction, labels, trims and revision management.
Patternmaking
Pattern development coordinated with experienced senior patternmakers based on the product, category and fit requirements. We connect design intent to a workable pattern and manage corrections as the product evolves.
Sourcing
Fabric, trim and development-resource sourcing guided by aesthetic, performance, MOQ, price, lead time and production needs. We work with mills, suppliers and manufacturing resources in an expanding domestic and international network.
Sampling
Sample development coordinated with experienced sample makers and production partners. We review execution against the design and technical package, identify issues early and document actionable revisions.
Fit & Refinement
Fit review, garment measurement, balance and proportion assessment, construction evaluation and clear correction notes. The objective is not simply approval—it is a product that fits, functions and can be reproduced consistently.
Production
Factory coordination, pre-production alignment, development handoff and production support. We help keep approved design, fit, materials and technical requirements aligned as the product moves toward bulk.
Development Strategy
For teams that know where they want to go but need a clearer route: development planning, vendor and process evaluation, workflow recommendations, risk identification and practical next steps.
